What can a single dad write as a testimonial for this wonderful agency.Deearna personally answered the phone call on a Sunday as i really needed some support with my 3 week old , Deearna just said “put the kettle on” ill be there.

She drove for 2 hours and arrived like “Mary Poppins” with a cake in tow.

Immediately my little angel had calmed down and Deearna put in place a routine for me to follow daily- I love it!

Deearna’s agency – wow what can I say? I don’t think I have ever come across a service like it; when she advertises a bespoke service, she delivers in heaps. I really cannot recommend this agency enough. The phone was even answered on New Year’s eve by Deearna, personally, as opposed to an answer phone. I had approached another 3 agencies initially, but due to the lack of enthusiasm I researched and found Deearna’s — the others don’t even come close to Deearna’s service; what a find!

We are on baby number 2, Deearna was our birth partner for baby number 1 and we are asking her back for number 2. From the moment we met Deearna we were totally calm,reassured and put at ease,she was able to answer all the questions that were niggling us.Deearna made my birthing process beautiful we were all in tears when she taught us what she calls “golden hour” the hour immmediately after baby is born, just beautifull. She is immaculate and incredibly well groomed.Friends of ours have all used Deearna or her maternity agency for our maternity nurses we all appreciate that she is always there or her staff at the end of the phone anytime you need them. Deearna’s in my mums words “she is a ruby in the dust” you just never come across them.

She was amazing she never left our side, We felt so in control and reassured, everything we didnt understand Deearna explained, she went through all the pro’s and cons of the different pain reliefs, which, and all thanks to Deearna and her methods of calming and breathing with me meant I did not have to have any pain relief.Deearna kept us informed of every stage of the birthing process. When Lilly and Jess were born Deearna taught me immediately how to allow my babies to snuggle their way into me Deearna called this “golden hour” simply beautifull. We fell into the trap of contacting “Top London Agencies” and paying their prices, until we heard about the family run maternity agency called Deearna’s. What a totally different experience this agency makes  those “Top Agencies” look incompetent  the only top agency we have encountered is Deearna’s who is a fraction of the price, and understands what the client is asking. On reflection we feel people feel they need to contact London as they live in London we did. This experience has proven this is not the case.
